Frequently asked questions
How does the AI presentation maker work?
Type your topic (or chat with the AI about it). Sliderest plans the outline, researches when needed, writes every slide, picks images and designs the deck — you can follow each step as it happens. You can then edit any slide or ask the AI to revise it.
Is Sliderest free?
You start with free credits, and no credit card is required. How far they go depends on research depth and slide count. After that you buy credit packs and pay only for what you use; there is no subscription.
Can I export to PowerPoint (PPTX) or PDF?
Yes. Decks export to PPTX — text stays editable in PowerPoint — and to PDF. Exported files are static. In PPTX, animated scenes and embedded videos are left out and icons are simplified. After your first credit-pack purchase you can also render a deck as a narrated MP4 video; the video keeps the animations and uses credits.
Which languages does it support?
The interface is available in English, Turkish, German and French, and the AI can write presentations in these and many other languages.
Does the AI cite its sources?
Yes. When web research is on, Sliderest adds a bibliography of the sources it used and can add numbered source references to individual slides, so you can open the original sources and check them before you present.
Can I try it without signing up?
Yes. The free demo on the homepage builds up to 5 slides with no account and no credit card. Sign up free to keep the deck and edit it. Until your first credit-pack purchase, the later slides of longer decks appear locked in exported files.
Do my presentations stay private?
Yes. Your decks are private by default. Sharing is opt-in: a deck becomes viewable only when you set it public, and only via its link.
